Lorem Ipsum is de standaard dummytekst van de industrie sinds de jaren 1500, toen een onbekende drukker een galei met letters nam en deze door elkaar husselde om een specimenboek te maken. Het heeft niet alleen vijf eeuwen overleefd, maar ook de sprong naar elektronisch zetwerk, en is in wezen onveranderd gebleven. Het werd populair in de jaren 1960 met de release van Letraset bladen met Lorem Ipsum passages, en meer recent met desktop publishing software zoals Aldus PageMaker met versies van Lorem Ipsum   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het is al lang bekend dat een lezer wordt afgeleid door de leesbare inhoud van een pagina als hij naar de opmaak kijkt.
