Joseph MPASHI ISANGA holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa. He is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in domestic public law, specializing in administrative law and administrative litigation.
Joseph has in-depth knowledge of land, real estate and urban planning regulations.
He was in charge of legal and administrative affairs in the Office of the National Minister for Agriculture in the Bruno TSHIBALA government.
He was also assistant to the Cabinet Director in the Office of the National Minister for Land Affairs, then legal assistant to the Minister and finally legal advisor.
Currently deputy secretary general in charge of administration and legal issues at the “Démocrates Chrétiens pour le Congo” political party and Cabinet Director for the President of the A1 political grouping, Joseph has been a lawyer since 2016.
Joseph works mainly in French, his mother tongue, or in English. He is also fluent in Lingala (DRC).
