Benjamin BAKADISULA holds a degree in constitutional public law from the University of Kinshasa. He also holds a number of postgraduate degrees in administrative and civil service law, environmental law, public procurement law and project management.

Benjamin has in-depth knowledge of land, real estate and urban planning regulations.

He was a project manager at the Office of the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, in charge of land, property and urban planning issues.

Benjamin is currently technical advisor to the Agence Nationale pour la Protection du Patrimoine Immobilier de l’Etat (Specialized Service of the Presidency of the Republic) and assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Kinshasa for the Constitutional Law and Public Services course.

Benjamin works mainly in French, his mother tongue, or in English. He is also fluent in Lingala and Tshiluba (DRC).
